I would’ve preferred if they had at least one tier-one regulatory body that was regulating them as this would significantly improve their trustworthiness.

The Broker has dedicated compliance and customer support teams that ensure compliance with regulator’s investor protection mechanisms. Many may argue that one of the best ways to try and avoid potential scams is to trade with a regulated broker. I don’t disagree either.
